This is one of our international architectural projects. It consists of a villa complex of 14 villas and an entertainment centre, which are being constructed on Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates.

Working to our client’s brief, Villa Alinea was designed with a unique style fusion of Middle Eastern and Modern Balinese architecture to create a luxuriously finished villa. The luxurious interiors are equally matched by the high-end gardens, which include a private pool, sun deck and gazebo.

These villas have 4 bedrooms, each have their own en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional self-contained maids room. The downstairs has a large open-plan living and dining area with great views of the pool. There is also a rooftop terrace for entertaining guests, enjoying the views and even enjoying a meal.
