This is an international architectural project for a villa complex on the spectacular Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates. The architectural design included 14 villas (made up of 2 unique designs) and an entertainment complex. 

This project is quite unique, as it is a fusion of modern Balinese and Middle Eastern design and styling. They feature beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and a large swimming pool to escape the heat on warm days.

This international architectural project involved creating luxurious homes that maximised the available land space. The villas feature ample space for entertaining guests and relaxing, with open-plan living spaces and a large indoor-outdoor roof terrace.

The bedrooms are finished to the highest standards, with wood trimmings, recessed ceilings and feature walls. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional self-contained maids quarters.
