I agree to the following terms and conditions for selling villas within the "Solas Uluwatu" development. I understand that I will receive a commission of 5% of the final sale price for any villa sold through my agency.
Balitecture will provide all necessary contracts, invoices, and legal documentation. If Balitecture's agents need to be involved during the selling process or direct client communication then the commission will be adjusted to 3% of the sale price.
I agree not to share details of the "Solas Uluwatu" development with uninvited agents or third parties. Unauthorized distribution may result in forfeiture of commission and removal from the program.
I acknowledge that the commission will be paid once the buyer has made an initial 20% deposit. By clicking "agree," I confirm my acceptance of these terms.
