How much is the referral commission?

You earn 5% of the service your friend or family member proceeds with - whether that's a villa development purchase, a construction project, an architectural design, or land. There's no cap and no limit on how many people you refer.

The commission is paid once the person you referred has signed and paid their 20% deposit. That's the full deposit, not the smaller booking deposit some clients start with. We'll keep you updated on where things stand along the way.

Who qualifies as a referral?

Anyone you introduce to us before they've contacted Balitecture themselves. If they're already a client, or already in conversation with our team, the referral can't be counted - so introduce them early.

Which services are eligible?

Villa development and purchase, construction, architecture, and land in Bali. Villa management is the one service the referral programme doesn't cover.
