Born From a
Simple Idea
Founded by Australian directors who saw a gap in Bali's property market, Balitecture was built on one principle: international investors deserve international standards. No cutting corners. No disappearing builders. No surprise costs.
What started as a small architectural practice has grown into a 160-strong team of architects, engineers, project managers, interior designers, legal advisors, and property managers - all under one roof. We are the only company in Bali that handles land acquisition, architectural design, construction, interior fit-out, villa management, and real estate sales as a single integrated service.
With over 200 villas designed and built across Bali, projects spanning from the UAE to the Caribbean, 1.2 million+ Instagram followers, and features in Forbes, CNN Indonesia, The Jakarta Post, designboom, and more, Balitecture has become one of the most recognised and trusted property brands in Southeast Asia.

Daniel
Co-Founder & Director
An Australian entrepreneur who has been designing and building homes in Bali since 2016. Daniel co-founded Balitecture to close the gap between what international investors expect and how Bali's construction industry usually works. He leads company strategy, development partnerships, and client relationships, and has grown Balitecture from a small design studio into a 160-strong end-to-end property company.
Byron
General Manager
Holds a degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Johannesburg, with experience across architectural drawings, landscape architecture, and operations management in both Bali and South Africa. He worked as a Senior Project Manager before joining Balitecture. Byron runs day-to-day operations across all four divisions (architecture, construction, sales, and property management) and is the main point of contact for development partnerships and large-scale projects.
Dedi
Principal Architect
Holds an architecture degree from Universitas Udayana and has spent nearly two decades in architectural design and construction. He was Deputy Project Manager at PT ECA and a lecturer in architectural CAD and design theory at STD Bali. Dedi leads Balitecture's design studio, and his signature projects include Dasa Uluwatu and Tukad Huts.
Nyoman
Project Manager
Holds an architecture degree from Universitas Warmadewa and brings more than 20 years of construction project management. Nyoman oversees on-site construction across multiple active builds, and manages timelines, builder coordination, material procurement, and quality inspections at every milestone. Clients get weekly progress updates, and every build meets Balitecture's structural standards.
James
Sales Manager
Heads sales for Balitecture's off-plan developments and villa packages, and works directly with international investors to match them to the right project for their budget, location, and goals. He played a key role in the one-week sellout of Dasa Uluwatu, and guides buyers through the whole process, from first enquiry to signed contract.
Irene
Head of Villa Management
A Civil Engineering graduate from Universitas Tarumanagara who runs the villa management division: dynamic pricing, guest experience, maintenance scheduling, and owner reporting. She manages a growing portfolio of rental villas across Uluwatu, Canggu, and Cemagi, where occupancy consistently runs above 85%.
Yogi
Legal Advisor
Holds a Law degree from Universitas Trisakti with a concentration in Civil Law, and is Founder and Managing Partner of Murti Law Office, with deep experience in corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, and legal research. As Balitecture's in-house legal specialist, Yogi covers every part of Indonesian property law, from land title verification and zoning compliance to permit applications and foreign ownership structuring, so each transaction and build is legally sound before a single brick is laid.
Agung
Head QS
Holds a Civil Engineering degree from Universitas Udayana and leads quantity surveying and cost management across all active projects. Agung produces detailed cost estimates, manages budgets, and handles procurement to keep builds on target, and gives clients transparent pricing breakdowns so they know where every dollar goes.

Balitecture Realty is our dedicated real estate sales division. SIUP-4 licensed and AREBI member, our team of 6 licensed agents handles villa listings, land sales, and commercial properties across Bali. Currently listing 632+ villas, 368+ land plots, and 11+ commercial properties.
Spacious is the villa management side of the house. The same in-house team runs bookings, guest support, staff, maintenance and monthly owner reporting for 80+ rental villas across Uluwatu, Canggu and Cemagi.
