Casa Cemagi Brings Baliterranean Design to Cemagi

Balitecture launches Casa Cemagi - 2 and 3-bedroom Tropical Mediterranean villas in Cemagi. Mediterranean planning meets Balinese craft on one of Bali's fastest-appreciating coastal corridors.

Bali, Indonesia - 2 March 2023. Balitecture today announces the launch of Casa Cemagi, a new development that brings the studio's Baliterranean design language to Cemagi at a 2 and 3-bedroom price point. The development opens with the same Mediterranean detailing that defined Casa Petak - arched openings, whitewashed walls, natural stone - paired with the planted courtyards and shaded outdoor living of a Balinese floorplan.

Cemagi has been one of the most consistent appreciators in Bali real estate over the past three years. Land that traded at $250 to $350 per square metre in 2020 now sits at $400 to $600. Casa Cemagi enters at a price point that allows investors to participate in that growth without committing to the larger Canggu price tag.

Both 2 and 3-bedroom configurations include a private pool, fully fitted kitchen, and turnkey furnishings. Construction is underway, with first handovers planned for late 2023.

About Balitecture: Balitecture is an Australian-owned, Bali-based property company offering architecture, construction, real estate sales, and villa management under one brand.
