Suku Residences 3 Bedroom

Three-bedroom villa within the Suku Residences development in Uluwatu. Open-plan living runs directly out to the pool and entertaining deck. Modern lines, dense planting on all four sides for privacy from neighbours, and a floorplan that works equally well for families and for nightly rental.

The upper floor of the three-bedroom Suku villa reaches out over the ground floor like a deep awning, with a planter running its full length and climbing plants hanging from openings in the soffit. Below, the house forms an L around a pool with one angled edge and a cushioned daybed on the deck. Breeze-block screens cover parts of the upper walls. The gallery shows two colourways for the exterior, charcoal and a warm rust render.

The ground floor is one long room behind full-height black sliders: a white sofa, a dining table under copper dome pendants, and a kitchen with a long stone-topped island and dark joinery. A black stepped stair with a glass balustrade climbs along one wall, and the ceilings are dark timber throughout.

Upstairs, the bedrooms open to the planted ledge through full-height glass, each with a wall-hung desk and a backlit shelf, and a stone or timber panel behind the bed. Bathrooms pair terracotta-coloured walls with stone baths, arched backlit mirrors and black fluted vanities. In a walled corner of the garden, a pergola covered in bamboo shelters an outdoor shower, a round stone soaking tub and a timber-lined sauna. This Modern Tropical design is one of the villa types at Suku Residences in Uluwatu.
