Are you a full-service architect?
Yes, we are! Our team is equipped to handle every aspect of the architectural process, starting from the initial consultation to design and planning, tender and contract management, as well as snagging and handover.
We understand that each project is unique, and our process is flexible to accommodate specific circumstances and preferences. Our utmost priority lies in ensuring excellent communication and providing exceptional service.
What architectural projects do you do?
We do what we do very well. We specialize in complete end-to-end property services for lifestyle houses, luxury villas, high-end resorts, luxury huts and cabins, and more.
Our architects can create a bespoke design based on your criteria. From a budget 1-bedroom villa to a luxury multi-villa complex, we can create the ideal design – no project is too large or too small.
How soon can you carry out the initial consultation?
Typically, we can schedule this within 1 day turnaround for initial appointment, but we are flexible and can accommodate earlier appointments if needed.
We are keen to meet with potential clients and offer an initial consultation promptly, and it’s all FREE.
What happens after the initial consultation?
We will prepare a detailed file note capturing information about the site or building, along with discussions about your requirements, space usage, and preferred style for the project.
Next, we will send you a fee proposal outlining our expected fees for the discussed brief and the various stages of work. It will specify what is included and excluded in the fee, as well as anticipated additional costs.
These documents, along with any relevant information, will be emailed to you.
How much does it cost for an architectural and design service?
Cost can vary depending on several factors such as the scope of the project, complexity, size, expertise and specific requirements.
Designing with us starts from $10,000 USD (1 unit build – residential design) and $20,000 USD (2 or more unit build – commercial design). It comes with premium 3D render, floorplan, colour plan, site plan, interior, and exterior all included.

How long does it take to complete the drawings and design?
The duration will depend on the specific design you’d like to have. At Balitecture, you can choose between custom design or fast-track design.

Please note that the project timeline depends on the promptness of your revisions and feedback on the designs we provide. Additionally, the number of design revisions required until you are satisfied will also influence the project timeline.

Can I change the design if I see something that needs improvement?
We allow for revisions as part of the service. However, it’s important to note that incorporating changes takes time and can impact the overall project.
To optimize efficiency and minimize costs, it’s best to communicate all desired changes in as few revisions as possible. Piecemeal changes can be inefficient, so condensing your modifications into revision requests is recommended.
Can I design my architectural project that is outside Bali?
Absolutely yes! While our base is in Bali, we are equipped to design for any location, both within Indonesia and globally.
