Dasa Ubud is a three-bedroom Modern Tropical design for Ubud, and its renders show a house of grey, board-marked concrete and charcoal render. Slim black frames hold the glass, and planting is trained along the roof edges so greenery hangs down over it. A low bedroom wing with two glass-fronted rooms faces the pool terrace, one of its walls leaning slightly off vertical, and the two-storey main block meets it at a right angle.

The roof of the bedroom wing becomes a terrace. A timber-slatted canopy on black steel posts shades a concrete counter with a barbecue and sink and a long timber bench, and a wall of dark perforated blockwork filters the light and screens the terrace from the neighbours.

Inside the main block, a dark kitchen with a white stone island stands beside a black steel stair with timber treads, and the dining table faces sliding glass that opens to the pool. The bathrooms change character from room to room; one is tiled in bottle green with a skylight over the shower. Out in the garden, the plan places a deep stone soaking tub beside an outdoor shower, with a timber swing on the lawn.
