“These guys are the real deal! We recently invested in one of their projects (Dasa Uluwatu) and the whole process was a breeze! We live in the USA and I didn't want to buy site unseen so traveled to Bali and met with Byron and Rezy and visited Balitecture's design studio in Seminyak in person. Hindsight I could have easily saved the trip because everything could have been arranged remotely. But, you know... peace of mind is worth the time and $ but believe me, you can save both and invest from your couch if you so desire!
Our point of contact is James Sellar who is Canadian and seems to need no sleep at all because he's always answering our calls whenever we decide to pick up the phone. The whole process is crystal clear after you talk to James. If you want to invest in a vacation rental in Bali, look no further. We are now the proud owners of one, thanks to the expertise and professionalism of Balitecture! Thank for your stellar service. 5 stars without a doubt!”
