Sevu Villas 1 Bedroom

One-bedroom Sevu villa, 167m² build. A sunken built-in living area replaces freestanding furniture, which keeps the visual lines clean and the floor area generous. Full-height sliders pull the living space onto the pool deck.

The one-bedroom Sevu villa sits on a 61 square metre plot, so the design goes upward, with a black steel spiral stair linking the levels. On the main floor the bed, the lounge and the kitchen share one open space under a dark slatted timber ceiling. The bed sits on a platform behind a low planter of grasses, framed by an arched window with dark timber panels on either side.

The seating is part of the architecture. Upholstered benches rest on solid timber bases with a strip of light underneath, which makes them look as if they float off the pale floor, and a fluted black console runs below the television. The kitchen is dark joinery with lit timber shelving and a white breakfast bar for two.

Outside, the renders show a covered lounge under a timber roof, with two fixed sofas facing each other across a long fire pit filled with pebbles. A pool sits raised beyond it, edged with planting, and an outdoor shower is set against a stone column. The style is Modern, and the palette for this Bali villa stays dark throughout: deep-toned timber, black joinery and grey upholstery against pale floors.
