Sevu Villas 3 Bedroom

Sevu Villas' three-bedroom design is made for easy and comfortable living. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it simple to move around. The sunken living area saves space while adding extra seating, making the room feel cozy but not cramped.

Sevu's three-bedroom design works on a very small plot in Bali, so the house goes up and the pool runs down the side. A narrow lap pool lines the glass wall of the living room, with two loungers set in the water on a shallow ledge at the far end and a cushioned bench in an arched alcove behind them. White render and black steel-framed doors make up most of the Modern exterior, with a panel of vertical timber slats upstairs and a white breeze-block wall along the boundary.

Timber stair treads cantilever from the wall and climb above the kitchen counter, and a ring pendant hangs over the sunken lounge. On the upper terrace, a timber pergola shelters more sunken seating around a low stone table filled with white pebbles, with a long dining table and a bar counter beyond.

The renders show two interior palettes. One pairs pale oak panelling with cream walls; the other goes darker, with walnut panelling and black joinery. Both put stone-grey freestanding tubs in the bathrooms, and both keep the black-framed glass that runs through the rest of the house.
