Modern Tropical A-Frame
Design
The two-bedroom Tukad Huts villa in Kerobokan: 166 m² on a 177 m² plot. A sunken living room and open kitchen under a double-height glazed gable, a private pool, and two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom.
The middle of the three Tukad Huts types. The ground floor is a single open room that runs from the pool deck straight into a sunken living area, with the kitchen and a long timber dining table behind it. Tall glass doors open onto the pool, so the room and the deck become one space.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The main bedroom sits against the glazed gable under a timber-lined roof. The bathrooms carry the same palette of twin stone basins and timber vanities, and a stone bathtub sits out in a planted semi-outdoor corner.
Every hut in the development has a private pool, a tropical garden and an outdoor shower.
It sits alongside the two and three-bedroom huts, and the three-bedroom went on to win the architecture category for a single residence in Indonesia at the 2025 International Property Awards.
