Villa Kirana

Three-bedroom Villa Kirana, 408m² build. Open-plan layout with several distinct lounge zones across the ground floor. Material palette stays in beige and brown - soft surfaces, warm timber, no high-contrast accents.

The plan of Villa Kirana is an L, with the house wrapping two sides of a walled pool garden on a 708 square metre plot. A steep gabled roof covers the long wing, and the upper rooms open onto balconies with timber-framed glass balustrades. From the street the design is quiet: a white wall, a strip of planting and a timber gate to the carport.

The pool garden is where the plan opens up. A tree grows up through the timber deck beside the loungers, the pool has a raised edge in pale stone, and a freestanding pavilion with a flat timber roof gives the garden a shaded lounge of its own. A covered terrace with a slatted timber ceiling links the house to the deck.

Inside, the living, dining and kitchen spaces share one long room with timber-framed glass doors along the garden side. White perforated block walls add texture without adding colour, and black woven pendants hang in clusters over the dining table and kitchen. The main bedroom has its own sofa and desk, and the bathrooms use terrazzo walls, floating timber vanities and paired round mirrors. This three-bedroom Modern Tropical villa in Bali stays with sand, white and timber throughout.
