Villa Nisita

This villa blends Mediterranean charm with modern tropical design. The standout feature? Those beautiful arched doorways add a soft, elegant touch to the bold lines of the home. Large windows and an open facade flood the space with natural light, while a lush courtyard with a private pool brings nature right to your doorstep.

The Villa Nisita design for Bali mixes two roof forms. A dark hipped roof covers one wing, its upper floor wrapped in a band of glass, while the other wing is flat-topped and white, with tall arched windows and a roof terrace under a timber pergola. A column of stacked stone runs up its corner.

Around the two wings, the garden is lawn and pale stepping pads, with a small pool off the living room and a white frame at the far side holding a hanging swing bed under a slatted canopy. Trailing plants hang from the first-floor ledge over the arched doors. Inside, the kitchen and dining room sit under woven pendants. Timber barn doors slide across the openings, and the terrazzo-topped island faces open shelving set into timber joinery.

Upstairs, one of the three bedrooms has an exposed timber hipped ceiling and a round opening in its wall framing a cushioned window seat, and another is entered through a deep plastered arch. The bathrooms are white, with freestanding tubs and glass walls looking onto small planted lightwells.
