“My husband & I have had a great experience so far with Balitecture. We had a couple of on-site meetings which gave us a great overview of the process. We then had a online meeting with Daniel who was very knowledgeable and provided us with great confidence to appoint them as our builders for our Bali villa. We have now kicked off with the design and the team have been very responsive and helpful.”

“As a first contact with Balitecture it was an interesting introduction with Daniel who's professional, knowledgeable and has a load of experience on the field. He has been transparent as to the options we would have with regards to the land, regulations and options for building our house.

I look forward to the next steps with the team”

“My wife and I built our first villa with Balitecture back in early 2016. The process was new for us and their team were fantastic at helping involve us in the design process and update us weekly on the construction progress. This villa has been an incredible asset over the years for us now that we are retired. Even during the pandemic Brent and his team maintained strong rental profits for us so that we could support our lifestyle back in Australia without touching our superannuation. I would highly recommend Balitecture for any one looking to invest in Bali. Regards, JB”

“Just took over our new villa about a month ago and could not be happier. The entire process was very smooth from scouting for land, designing and iteration, through construction, delivery and property management.

It they expanded into Europe, they would put 99% property developers out of work.

Can't recommend them enough”

“They did a good job building and styling my 4 bedroom 4 bathroom with pool villa. They manage the short term stays on airbnb too. It's hassle free. Check it out on airbnb villa catur.”
