He has been extremely supportive, answering all of my questions (of which I had many!) and helping me make sure I understood everything about buying my first house in Bali.

I’m a danish investor looking to build for the first time on Bali. There is a Lot of different building companies and agencies out there, and as a foreginer it can be though to choose whom to talk to.
Just took over our new villa about a month ago and could not be happier. The entire process was very smooth from scouting for land, designing and iteration, through construction, delivery and property management.

These guys are the real deal! We recently invested in one of their projects (Dasa Uluwatu) and the whole process was a breeze! We live in the USA and I didn't want to buy site unseen so traveled to Bali and met with Byron and Rezy and visited Balitecture's design studio in Seminyak in person. Hindsight I could have easily saved the trip because everything could have been arranged remotely. But, you know... peace of mind is worth the time and $ but believe me, you can save both and invest from your couch if you so desire!
