Requirements

• Bachelor degree, major in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Civil Engineer, supervision at consultants, or contractor
• Strong competencies in Structural Engineering, Construction Management
• Skilled in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP 2000
• Able to design building structure and foundation based on local and international code
• Hands on design experience in building structure and foundation
• Having SKA (preferable)
• Excellent communication skill and good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Efficient in analysis civil engineering drawings include architectural drawing, structural drawing
• Perform structural calculations of buildings and RAB
• Providing technical advice, suggestions and solution for improvement and issue during the project
• Check material related to building projects and other facilities that support manufacturing operations in the field, including supporting documents to ensure compliance with agreed specifications
• Make construction procedures, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures in accordance with the civil / structure engineering project implementation plan
• Control the work to comply with agreed procedure
• Able to work in Berawa-Bali

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various construction sites to monitor and capture the progress of contractors. You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the office, providing critical updates and insights into project developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Some experience in the construction field.
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Knowledge of Revit is a bonus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to various sites as required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit construction sites across Nyanyi, Cemagi, Kerobokan, Jimbaran, and occasionally Uluwatu to
  assess and record contractor progress.
• Utilize provided Excel formats for accurate and efficient reporting to the project’s respective Senior Quantity
  Surveyor.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with other teams to ensure the seamless progression of projects.
• Ensure all documentation and reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Work closely with contractors and other onsite staff to gather necessary information.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation standards
